How does the Free Trial work?

Each plan comes with a 15 Day Free Trial.  After the 15 day trial, you have the option to upgrade your account to the monthly plan you selected.  We will contact you prior to the free trial ending.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. A credit card is not required for the Free Trial.

Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel anytime. The terms are month to month.
Can I send requests from my desktop computer or cell phone?
Yes, you can send Google Review requests from your desktop or you can download our App from the App store.
Is My Practice Reviews available in Canada?

Yes, it is available in Canada.

How long does it take to set up my account after I sign up?

We will have to request a new phone number and customize your profile with the correct link to your Google Business page. This can take a few hours, but your account will be set up and ready to go the same day you sign up.

What phone number will my patients see when they receive the text message?

After your free trial, we assign a custom phone number to your account with the same area code (if available) as your region. Even if you use our cell phone app, your personal cell phone number will not be used.

Does My Practice Reviews meet Google's guidelines?
Yes. Our system meets Google’s guidelines. Funneling only positive reviews to your Google review page is against Google’s Terms of Service. Our system gives patients the option to leave a Google review even if they didn’t have a positive experience at your practice.
How do I request a refund?

If you have a monthly plan after your free trial ends and you’re not happy with the results, within 30 days send us an email and we will cancel your account and provide a full refund.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If your practice doesn’t receive 5 new Google Reviews in the first 30 days, we’ll refund your monthly charge no questions asked. Keep in mind that Google Reviews need to built naturally and although 5 reviews may not seem like much, just 2 reviews per week will generate over 100 Google Reviews in a year. 100 Google Reviews could make you the leader in your area!
